Aria Earns Her Elsa Dress!

Aria has been asking for an Elsa dress for months! I checked out the prices for the REAL Disney Elsa dress and it was over $200! It would be $65 at the Disney Store which would be great, except that they are on back order for months to come! So, after garage saleing one morning and finding an Ariel nightgown, a sparkly sheer tablecloth, and a bed skirt all for under $5, I decided it was just meant to be that I should make her an Elsa dress. Undertaking of the year, but I like the way it turned out and Aria could not be more excited! I will mention, too, that she has worked so hard for about two months , earning coins by eating, to "buy" this dress! We are so proud of her dedication and hard work!

Elsa powers! ...as she told me. ;)

Aaaaaand we're back to Mother's Beach!

Love this little nugget! Ellie is still timid when it comes to swings, but these suit her pretty well. As long as we don't give her any big pushes, she is content to swing here. :)

Mother's Beach LBC

These are by far the best swings! Love them! And so do my girls!

Mermaid School with Corrine and Annabelle

We signed our big girls up for a day of mermaid school. Crafts, snacks, and games, all mermaid themed. Lots of fun! And it was a good excuse to hang out. :)

Just Miscellaneous

Such a brave girl! This was her first cleaning and she did great! We have a wonderful dentist and his hygienists are awesome, too. :)

Love these sweet sisters and that they love to hold hands in the car!

Chick-fil-a, of course!

This was a BIG day around here! Aria are about three bites of banana, all on her own! She has been making some great progress this past month and we are so proud of her!

Kid's night at Polly's Pies = so awesome! Face painting, balloon animals, toys, games, a movie - and all with babysitters in a separate room. We actually got to eat our meal from start to finish! What a concept! :)

Renaissance Fair

Our Memorial Day plans got cancelled last minute, but then we happened upon this Renaissance Fair. It was pretty pricey (at least I thought so) and everything inside cost money except for the shoes (so we watched 3 of them!) it was a really hot day and oh so dirty! The girls enjoyed the shows and Gabe enjoyed everything! Totally his kind of fun!

TyTy Comes To Visit

Ha! Love these goofballs! These are the best three pics of about 20, so...yeah. Silly boos!

Dressing Herself

Today is the first time ever that Aria has taken full initiative to pick out her clothes and dress herself with any help. She came out to the living room in her Dora rocker shirt, her Dora jungle skirt, Christmas Hello Kitty socks, and Dora shoes. I'm sure if she owned Dora socks they would have been on her little feet! Love her!

Water Baby?

Sweet Ellie girl at the splash pad. She found it much more fun to run away over the grassy hills than to play in the water!

Dance!

Here is Aria with her sweet dance teacher, Mrs. Heiserman. We both love her! She radiates Jesus and truly loves her kiddos!

California Adventure with Daddy

Day two: California Adventure! Maybe it's just the stage of life we are in with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old, or maybe it just suits us better, but dare I say we like California Adventure better than Disneyland??? We always seem to spend more time there. I like the easy feel and pace of this park, as well as the fact that there is more space to walk. Whether that is actual space or just a smaller crowd, I'm not sure. We sure are going to miss this ace when our passes expire!

My friend Leslie an her two kiddos met up with us for a few hours in the afternoon. I love spending time with her. We've been friends since we were about 2 years old! Crazy! We have great, deep talks and I am so thankful for her and her heart!

Since we knew this would be our last trip for a long time, and daddy and Grammy were with us, we decided to go all out an have dinner with all the princesses (seriously, ALL the princesses!) at Ariel's Grotto. I'm pretty sure that was the most expensive meal we've ever eaten or paid for! But the girls, especially Aria, loved every minute of it! ...and we kinda did too. :)

We had never been on Radiator Springs Racers before, but had really wanted to ever since it opened up. The girls aren't big enough to ride and since they are always with us, we've never been able to go. So, my mom, Gabe and I decided to take turns hanging with the girls so we could all ride once (I got to go twice!). It was seriously super fun! We all loved it!

Disneyland with Daddy

Since our season passes were about to expire,we decided to get Gabe a two day ticket so he could join in on our fun!

Zirina, the Pirate Fairy, telling Fairy Rosetta all about blue pixie dust. :)

What a wild ride!!!

Grammy and her babies. I don't know if you can tell, but Aria is wearing a "Just Married" pin. She picked that one because it had Cinderella and Prince Charming on it. Aria, I mean Zirina, thinks "Prince Charming is SO handsome!" ...oh my... :)

Buzz Gun ride without kids!!! It's like a five minute date!!!

My Heart Melts!

I just love that they love each other! Aria tells me often that Ellie is her best friend. <3

Seriously...I just can't!

Just the cutest little patooty ever!

And Elsa, getting ready for her ice princess dress. /)
