Trip to California!

Grammy and Papa got the girls a cool sprinkler toy! It was a hit!

Aria decided that since she was five, and a big girl, she could try new things, like chocolate cake! I think she liked it. :-)

Aria got her first big girl Lego set for her fifth birthday. :-) Mom did most of the work, but Aria enjoyed helping! I think she will really love these as she grows up.

We took the girls to Disneyland for Aria's actual birthday. She loved going as Ariel and made sure everyone knew who she was! We had such a fun day and stayed until closing time!

Sofia was a huge hit, of course.

We also got to spend a day at the Long Beach aquarium with Amy and Joziah Colgan. So much fun!

This girl loves to draw! I love seeing the imaginative things she comes up with!

The school year is off to a great start! We decided to do CC with both girls again this year, with Aria attempting kindergarten math and reading on the side. Since her birthday is late in the year, we may do another year of kinder. We'll see how it goes! With a new baby coming half way through the year, we will likely get lax on schooling. The beauty of homeschooling and a flex year! Can't believe my babies are so grown up!

Worlds of Fun!

In August we went to Worlds of Fun with grandma and grandpa Berg and Mimi and Kyle and Kevin. It was a perfect day with great weather and no crowds! Grandma, the girls and I mostly hung out in Camp Snoopy Land while the "big kids" rode the roller coasters.

Aria got to participate in a little Camp Snoopy show.

July Shenanigans

We have spent and will spend a lot of time in the pool this summer! These girls just love water!

We found out that baby on the way is a girl! 3 girls! 3 sweet sisters!

And we announced her to the world. ;)

Starting the Summer Off With Friends and Family

We started the summer of 2015 by saying goodbye for now to our dear sweet friends, the Frickes. Aria and Ellie miss Linah and Emi so much! These girls were fast and great friends. We look forward to enjoying their visits to Kansas when they can!

Grammy and Papa came to stay for three weeks the end of May and early June. We didn't take many pictures, but sure enjoyed the time we spent with them!
