The Road to Kansas...

In November 2014, we packed up our house, put it on a truck, loaded our little family into the car, and hit the road for a big move to Kansas! We took our time getting there, about a week, and got to enjoy some of the beautiful sites along the way.

These hills and plateaus in Utah reminded me of scenes from Disney's Cars movie.

Ellie Turns Two!

My baby is TWO. My BABY is TWO!!! My goodness, I can hardly believe it. This little girl keeps us on our toes, is funny as heck, sweet as pie, and makes us smile and laugh every day! She is smart, mischievous, stubborn like her mama, athletic, and loves her big sister like no other. We are so thankful that God gave you to our family, our sweet Ellie Belle!

Ellie loves Tinkerbell, Mickey Mouse, gymnastics, The timeline song, and her family, but most of all she loves Spiderman!

Grammy's Dress

This dress belonged to my mom when she was a little girl. Her grandmother crocheted it for her. My picture was taken in this dress when I was around 4 years old. It has shrunk! We decided to snap some pictures of Ellie in it before she outgrew it (as Aria had done). Sweet memories!

My sweet friend,Monica, makes the most adorable crocheted dresses for little girls! We didn't have these around July 4th, but I had to get pics of the girls in them before they were outgrown! Love these two sweet sisters!
